First Time Into Your Voice Mail:
- Dial *86 (*VM) from your cellular phone, or dial your cellular
number from a landline phone. (Normal cellular rates will apply when
calling voice mail from your cellular phone.)
- When you hear the first prompt, press *.
- Enter your cellular number.
You will hear a message asking you to set your password and record
your greeting. Follow the directions.
To Access Your Voice Mail:
- Dial *86 (*VM) from your cellular phone, or dial your cellular
number from a landline phone. (Normal cellular rates will apply when
calling voice mail from your cellular phone.)
- Press *.
- When you hear the prompt, enter your password.
To Listen To Your Messages:
- From the main menu, press 1 to listen to your messages.
- Messages in your account are presented in order of urgent, new,
and then saved.
- The Following Keypresses Are Available While Listening To
Messages:
- To decrease the volume, press 1.
- To increase the volume, press 3.
- To decrease the speed of the message, press 4.
- To hear the sender, date, and time of the message, press 5.
- To increase the speed of the message, press 6.
- To rewind the message, press 7.
- To pause the message, press 8. Press 8 to start again.
- To fast forward the message, press 9.
- To exit voice messaging, press *.
- To return to the play menu press 0.
- To go to the function menu, press #.
The Following Keypresses Are Available Once The Message Is
Over:
To save the message, press 1.
To delete the message, press 2.
To replay the message, press 3.
For sender, date, and time, press 5.
To listen to the previous message, press 7.
To call the sender of the message, press 9.
This will automatically save the message.
To return to the play menu, press 0.
External Voice Mail Systems:
If you are using an external voice mail system, you can retrieve your
messages by dialing into your account.
Voicemail Password Rest:
Requested voicemail pass code resets will be reset to the last
4 digits of the cellular phone number.
